1. Reservations & Cancellations
All reservations at Grand Hotel Chain properties are subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before check-in are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival may incur a one-night penalty fee. Group bookings are subject to separate cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
2. Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking for certain rate plans. Grand Hotel Chain accepts all major credit cards and bank transfers. All rates are quoted inclusive of applicable taxes and are displayed in local currency.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges. A valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
4. Property Rules
Grand Hotel Chain properties are non-smoking. Guests found smoking in non-designated areas will be subject to a cleaning fee. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
5. Limitation of Liability
Grand Hotel Chain is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables. Our total liability for any claim arising from a stay shall not exceed the total cost of accommodation for that stay.
6. Privacy
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Grand Hotel Chain's Privacy Policy. By making a reservation, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Grand Hotel Chain property is located. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
